" " Serving Our Veterans

We’ve invested more than $375 million in support of veterans causes, and we’re committed to investing half of a billion dollars by 2025.

" " Training Future Tradespeople

We’re proud to support the next generation of doers. That’s why we committed $50 million to introduce more people to skilled trades with Path to Pro, our education and job training program.

" " Supporting Natural Disaster Relief

We work with our nonprofit partners and Team Depot associate volunteers to support impacted communities with short-term relief and long-term rebuilding. In 2021, we have committed more than $4 million to natural disaster response and recovery.

We Value Our Veterans
The Home Depot Foundation and Team Depot, our associate volunteer force, have made an impact on more than 50,000 veteran homes and facilities. With more than 35,000 veteran associates in The Home Depot family, we understand the importance of honoring and serving those who served us all.
" " Meet Brandon Adam

After an IED explosion claimed both of Army veteran Brandon Adam’s legs in 2007 while on a mission in Iraq, he dealt with a clunky wheelchair and house that wasn’t built for his needs. In partnership with the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, Brandon regained his independence in a mortgage-free smart home built with his individual needs in mind. Welcome home, Brandon.

" " Helping Veterans Transition to Careers in the Skilled Trades

The Home Depot and The Home Depot Foundation are committed to educating more people in the skilled trades and helping them find careers in the home improvement industry through our Path to Pro program. In partnership with Home Builders Institute (HBI), our program for separating military members helps veterans like Junior become certified to enter a career in the skilled trades.
